[HELP!!!] Weird Background inserted in Server

PLEASE!!! Explain what the hell is this? My Co-assistant showed me this when I went to the Computer Server then I found this pop-up (500 Windows popped out showing that thingy magingy or whatever)

Please help me.. What is this and I want to know clearly..
