Hawkwing: The axe and legs seem filtered. Whether they are or not they look very poor. They're extremely bright and stand out way too much for Warcraft III and in comparison to the rest of the skin. Also, the shading on the sashes is still very poor - it gives it the appearance of a more cylindric shape, when it should be very flat.

Well, nice but looks like not finished. Some parts don't compose the whole skin and too much filters too.
I think u should improve the armor and still work on his hair. Then it should be really nice skin

I see quite a bit of filters on this. The pants don't fit at all. The idea is cool, but there's too much contrast and the white is too bright. Some parts, like the gloves and the chest plate, don't have enough contrast. The hair is just a straight up filter with no shading. I see a skin with a lot of potential, but it just looks unfinished.

The pants are way too contrasted.
And the hair needs more detail and look more like hair. Right now, it looks more like blurry moss.

As for filters only the axe is filtered.. the pants are freehand and shaprened :S
I'm actually gonna give up this skin cant make it better ill take something easier i guess
