well, this skin is not yours (not made by you) and i dont think that you have permission by it's creator to upload it here. Altrough it's a nice skin, but the bad thing is that it wont be approved. Try making the skins yourself by using Photoshop or other Image-editing program and some tutorials here. I'll be waiting for your first try...
