Click on your name located on the top right corner. When you do so, there should be a drop-down menu that appears. From there, just click on "Personal Details" and you should be able to change your information.

If you can access Google Translate, use it (do check Wiktionary for any word you're unsure of - that's what I did with German). If you can't, either bypass the firewall (翻墻) or choose another translator.

You can write in simple English, don't worry. People will understand it.
