Is there any way to raise the height limit in the WE? I have MiscData, and I have tried WEU. Neither do it.

I want my mountains to go higher than they currently are. They max out pretty quickly.

Mine is set to 90. I just checked. I can raise cliffs vertically, but it still tops out.

It is the right spot too. C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\UI

I'll try re downloading miscdata.

What do you mean pyritie? If I am using WEU The miscdata doesn't work?

I dl a new one. It still won't work. I tried to edit the max hight.

// Global height limits
// 0 = low ground, each cliff level = 128
MaxHeight=9000
MinHeight=-128

I set max to 10000, it went a little higher I think, but then it starts to cave in. The top starts to go down, and it looks like a volcano.

Now I can't fix it. My raise tool is screwed.

Edit2: Now my problem is I can't use MiscData.txt without screwing up WE. Whenever I max out the height it goes straight to the ground. It's hard to explain, but it's really annoying. Also I found out that MiscData can only go so high. 900 is not enough for me, and when I changed it to 13000 it barely made a difference. Not even a cliff level.

Correct. You can always terrain in regular WE and then do everything else in WEU and it'll look fine.

Same happens here, and I don't think that's a miscdata problem. Again it's because of super-tall mountains.

You can always use blizzard cliffs when you get that high and then just rampify them.

Really? Well it's ugly.

Shame that the height limit is so low. I suppose this can be closed. My questions have been answered.

Its definetly hardcoded. What happens when you raise it to high is the value just inverts to the negative, I'm not too sure but I think I found if you kept raising it a while after it flips then you'll start seeing it come back up from underneath. Again not sure, last I tried this was a long time ago.

And to the person who said to use Blizzard cliffs I'm pretty confident that this will not work as you'll run into the same problem.
