MiscData.txt question

Just a simple question, just wanted to make sure.

If I design a map using the extra MiscData limits and send it off to a friend without the MiscData file, will they still see the map with the increased terrain, or will it display to them only as high as the normal limit goes?

Once a map is saved, its saved. The author's changes will usable by others that play the map.

It's only when one wants to edit the map themselves that MiscData.txt must be present in the Warcraft III\UI folder.
