Is there a way to change the health bar's Z offset in WE on the unit? Because the health bar for my unit looks like this and it really bugs me.

Depends on the extents of the model. Try to open it with Magos >Edit >Calculate Extents.

By the way, does manually changing Extents in the Sequence manager affect the model's animations at all?

I think it does. Anims with 0 extents don't move at all.

Perhaps, this method is not universal, becouse it does't reduse health bar's Z-offset of model that i use! I tryed this more than three times, but it's still a problem yet.
Maybe you know some other method?

Reduce/remove the background plane, then recalculate. Probably it does not go lower than the greatest extent.
