Import the hp bar file into your map and change it's path to

If it's not your map or you want it to be like that for all maps you play, you can create a
UI\Feedback\HpBarConsole\ folder in your wc3 folder, then put the human-healthbar-fill.blp file inside it... then well, make sure you allow local files in your wc3 (there was a custom batch file here to do that, just search for it)
