Heal Reach Point Trigger

hey guys, I'm currently designing a boss and I want to make a trigger that when

Boss HP reaches below 499,999, I create a dummy for him and order it to cast blizzard but i only want the trigger to occur once, any tips on doing this? I know the dummy trigger just not sure how to do the one off thing

Yeah, you should add the line that ap0calypse wrote as the last line of your trigger, creating the dummy and ordering it to cast the blizzard.

ah ok thanks, now how to i make it "recognize that the unit has under 499,999 hp" i dont think there's an event trigger for reaching a certain hp is there?

EDIT: sorry sorry i found the option already, i guessed i missed it out. thanks for your help guys
