having an odd problem that ive never run into before

No matter what unit placed in the map, (any player, neutral passive, hostile, ect) spawned via gui trig or just manually placed in the editor can not move! it's like all of thier movement speeds are being reduced to 0, now i checked constants and my triggers (there's not a lot right now) time and time again. was hoping someone would have an idea of to wtf im doing wrong D:
 
What is the min and max movement speed in gameplay constants?

Try disabling all triggers, one could be removing default abilities like move or adding ward.

Check if any auras affect the unit, some global auras if set wrong can do this.

Is movement impared or is everything impared? If just movement, it is probably some aura or movement altering affect, if everything is stopped then it must be something else (ability or triggers can also do this but differently).
 
ok so i looked at it again and what i had was a custom building path and it was obstucting everyunit on the map (air and land) for some wierd reason lol
