What exactly did you change from the skin? The changes to the skin may not be apparent in game.

Yeah! The skin might even look better with clothes than nudity. Let's stray away from the original! In addition, I am pretty sure a redish Harpy exists in game. Perhaps, you can give her a new color.

For reals though, I think the nipples are a bit too... graphical. I don't see what harm adding a bit of clothes here and there would do.

Looks good in my opinion, way clearer than the original. But I don't like the fact that you removed the bird-like feets and arms and replaced them with "bandages".

One more thing; adding armor on the harpy is freaking hard... The UV map is a total clusterfuck and the animations bends and twists the body like hell and on top of that it's stretched like hell (especially around the waist and the back). But from an aesthetic view point, yes, harpys with armor are cool despite not being logical. But hey, who cares.

And there are traces of a nipple there, if you look for it!

There are diffrences, the most dominant being the "clearness" of it.

I personally (personal opinion!) think that we can survive a little bit of nipple action, but the crotch?
Cover it with /something/, like shown in these examples:

Additionally, I guess some reading wouldn't hurt here... Wikipedia: Harpy.
Displaying their lower body like this is rather inaccurate, as it renders them too human.

For future previews images:
It's better to pick something other than a prominent colour of the texture itself, to show TC.
In this case, blue would be an option.

Stop being so surprised at nips guys. It's fine. Though I3lackDeath has an excellent point, in that you probably should make her more harpy-like since you're going into that direction anyway. Good job though.
