The actual Halovians or "Feathered Elves" are half-Elven, half-Harpy race that served under Lady Euphemia during Elysium's defense against the Orcs. But with Lady Sonora's reign, these Elves were evicted and never return again until they seek a new home for themselves... An old Human kingdom in the barren deserts that had been abandoned before the Demonic incursion and settled for a while until the Republic expedition led by General Varus Kolador return to their old home and meeting with the real Halovians. Its leader, Calrus Feathersong formed a strong friendship with General Kolador to establish an old kingdom together. The Halovians are wingless hybrids which has the torso of a Harpy, and lower body of an Elf. They feast on wild boars, livestock, Harpies, Lizards, Murlocs, even Dragons to adapt and satiate their survivability and advantage. They also tamed Wildkins as frontline warriors. Some Republic soldiers think that these Halovians were ruthless hunters and scavengers which they are capable of hunting down dangerous creatures and they collect Harpy feathers and skinning them alive before they were cooked in their butcheries, they believe that Harpy meat tastes like chicken, but that's just a different story.
