Misha: too simple mesh, there are some wrapping issues, animations lack fluidity and in some cases deform the mesh, the model has no portrait or camera, and.. why would you attack with wings when the gryphon got that big beak and front legs? model's internal name and filename don't match..
and lastly, your description needs to be better as well as to have a changelog.

work further on this one, and don't update it without major changes
 
You must set the author to Blizzard. Animations are too blocky, the wrapping on the dwarf area (where he was) is messed up. The remaining remains of the dwarf's legs are hugely stretched out and not removed. I am voting for rejection. :/
