Edit: I attached the Fel Orc Grunts below. I only changed their skins (some grunt models needed a custom skin so I made a recolored skin for them)

Love the clan variations! this is a nice upgrade from the old Tauer's clan grunts, any plans to make a shattered hand and bleeding hollow, or maybe other clan variations too?

Thanks and yes, I'm planning to do other clans. The shattered hand raider is actually the one I was working on making but I stopped because I'm searching for more ideas and I was also busy at school stuff that time.

Yeah, I know it's complicated but I don't need something exact or on model. Just a fully armored grunt with a spooky helmet will work just fine. It doesn't need to be an exact recreation, just "inspired by."

I can do it now but it will take time as I am going to finish some models first.

Awesome Grunts versions!
A lot of customization for more armoured units, different helmets and even a shielded option.

By using the in-game texture, it is easy to change their skin tone to turn them into Mag'har orcs from Draenor, for example.

The Burning Blade ones with the swords and the cloth armour, as well as the Fel Orcs with the demon armour, really stand out wonderfully to reveal their affiliation.
The models work nicely in-game!

@johnwar can you please take a look at the grunts portraits late on?
i came to notice that Elite grunt portrait has texture mapping issues, in fact he has 2 pairs of teeth and its blink is clipping with the eye textures.

The teeth's model is offplace when he talks, it seems he has 2 pairs of teeth, check the original Grunt_Portrait later on.

Also .dds works on them so here is a upscaled 1024x 4x sized grunt texture.


Here is the misaligned portrait-1 teeth compared to the original


i managed to "fix" it but the eyes on portrait talk-2 animation has some strange uv animation clipping in the eyes

great model but maby for the elite withe the two sholders armoer and the elite with shield grunt models you can maby put armor on there legs as or pleat pants and a diffrent wepone and you can make a great Kor'kron grunts
