We can list Spells/Maps/..... in order of Name, Time, Rating or Number of Downloads
Can Number of Rates and Number of Comments orders added please ?

Why would you ever sort by number of ratings as opposed to overall rating? Popularity is better measured in times downloaded than times commented -- That basically says "This is the most spammed resource thread" and so forth.

How about an advanced rating formula based on

1) Map rating out of 5
2) Number of ratings
3) Number of downloads

Because I'm sick of listing order by rating and the one at the top is 5.00 but it has only 10 or so ratings.

What you mean here is to sort resources based on name, rating and etc etc ? We already have those function implement long time ago.
