Going back to my roots

I haven't terrained in, who knows how long, I think at least 5 months. But now I've decided to start terraining again, but i'm a little foggy. So, this is my first terrain in 5 months, and it's definitely not my best, lol.

Looks like it's night, so it is kinda weird that there is a bright light in the cave.

the blackness in the back is deeper in the cave.

the white light is sunlight entering through a hole in the top of the cavern

Well, the light is not out of place. But if you look closely you can see where the circle starts, and thats not nice Also, its to empty. Else, its avarage.

I find it too simple... maybe some mushrooms on the sides or some smaller rocks?

The rocks dont match with the tileset, and the rocks need to be put more down, their kinda floating a bit.

No they are not, it's just a major diffrence in texture resolution.

its a good concept but wayyyy to empty. Defenetly needs for doodads. Mushrooms and other plants. The rocks dont match the tileset either. The floor is dark and the rocks look like clay.
