Goblin Northrend Outpost !

Hey

Was playing WoW and suddenly got heavily inspired by Goblin cities. This is inspired by K3 (A goblin city in Northrend, added pic). Not trying to recreate it, just make something similiar

Please note it's a W.I.P, the sky is not at all done, neither are fog, and still some details to add. Also the entrance is not done.

in the last one the snow looks very nice did you edit the pic in some way?

It looks like a pure white texture, with no detail or anything. Causes quite a nice touch.

Don`t get me wrong, but I THINK third pic is inspiration for terrain.

Anyways, I gotta agree that the buildings are pretty sweet but those barrels just ruin the pictures for me D:

About the barrels... Yeah they sux. Don't know what to put instead of barrels, I have to have something there, looks ocward otherwise. Any ideas? =/

I think it looks cool with the barrels but you could maybe find something to pimp them.

Next time you load up your map press X, K, I, then F. Then take your screenshot.
I don't know about anybody else, but I like the look of letterbox mode and the absence of "Game View Settings."
Otherwise it doesn't look too bad.

Ironic how one who tells in another thread that a terrain he is making is inspired from wow says a thing like this, dont get me wrong; I completely agree.

As or the terrain, it is cool. You could've been a bit more inventive than just trying to re-make a wow city though >.>

I would change the fog to be dark and ease in with the sky, to give a nice night feel. Then add many brightful stars for nerdgasm.

wowa the third pic is amazing, where did you get the snowdone and wall models for that? Would be good to use them in my map but good job its realy cute.

Seriously, if I would'nt have any respect for ya I would just call you a bunch of NOOBS. If you read, the third pic is an in game shot from WORLD OF WARCRAFT, and just show an inpiration source till why i started this terrain. WoW folks, WoW.

Anyway, thanks for advices, I did make almost all of em but WE crashed, so will have to start from beginning. Will post shots soon.
