GMAX MDL importer

Hi Everyone, hope your all well.
I was wondring if anyone knows where i can find a working link to download a mdl importer for gmax 1.2 i have searched the internet and found sites but the downoad link doesn't work.

Which one did you use the dex exporter or import/export. Also, where do I put the file C:\gmax\?
Last thing do I go to file import and should I be able to import. Because I tried both of them and tried put it in scripts somewhere, but I couldnt get it to work. Any help would be apperciated. :?
