gmax scripts needed

hi all!
i got gmax 1.2 from turbosquid, but i need the script(s) 2 be able 2 import, export and save .mdx (and eventually .mdl) files in gmax. can any1 plz post me a RELIABLE (download) link of this?

just 4got 2 post that i found shortly after exactly what i wanted on turbosquid (a new gmax that works on win7) + some scripts 4 exp/imp. well gmax is not going 2 be ever my main modelling program, first coz of the file-formats and second coz it's much harder 2 (scratch)model, re-edit, etc. than it's on Milkshape, my trial time in milkshape 1.8.5 has expired but no worries i will find a way 2 use it 4 free again and this time without time-limit.
