Import Mdl/Mdx to Gmax?

I have recently decided to make some Warcraft models. The only problem I currently encountered is that I can't find a good mdl/mdx to gmax (and viceversa) script or at least convertor. Are there any Gmax 1.2 compatible scripts over here?
