After a long consideration I've come to a conclusion that this has been pulled off really well. This is the only recolor I'm going to approve just for the immense usefulness and freshness I find in it.

the reason recolours arent allowed isnt because they inherently look bad, its that they take little effort and anyone with GIMP cud do it. thus this isnt an exception, shud be rejected

It won't really make sense. If such a thread is made then there is no real reason to have an approval/rejected system.

I think he means a thread for recolours etc that whilst useful can't be uploaded to the resources section, it also saves bucket tones of requests.
