Game Of Thrones Conquest Reforged

Reforged Graphics Required!

Map is meant for Online FFA Diplomacy

I have been tinkering with this map for awhile now and thought I should ask some public opinion. The terrain of the Seven Kingdoms done and am now working on lesser Houses as of now. Gameplay is my biggest question. Train or Spawn? Historic or Conquest?

As it stands now these are the parameters:
-Select one of the Seven Kingdoms at start and expand you nation through military tactics and diplomacy.
-Income is based on how many Habors (50g), Villages (50g), Cities (100g), Castles (150g), Great Castles (300g).
-Capture buildings by attacking them to below 50% life.
-Heroes can be revived at Great Castles
-Open Castle Gates by selecting Circles near Gates and using ability
-Open Diplomacy at the moment everyone starts unallied and can make their own path. Again looking for suggestions on this piece in particular. Considered adding voting option for Dance Of Dragons, Roberts Rebellion, and War Of The Five Kings historical starts. Bit ambitious though. Maybe a vote on which age should be reforged?

Updated 5/17/21
-Made unit system Spawned instead of Trained. Units spawn at barracks. You can change what unit type is spawned by switching the barracks.
-Added new Camera system. Controls can be modified by checking the box "Camera Settings" at the top left of the screen. You can now change a variety of camera options.
-Increased all unit speeds greatly.
-Corrected many minor issues.

This is a very raw beta and will likely have many fatal flaws

Uploading this for input reasons not because I think it's 100% ready. Really haven't tested much but in clinical trials it's a smash hit. Please feel free to try the map out and leave suggestions or if you notice a bug with terrain or imbalances in units let me know please!

This is pretty awesome, i'm a huge fan of these maps and an even bigger fan of GoT!

In terms of things that I really love:

-I feel like the siege units are important, just throwing units at the gates of an enemy castle is a recipe for disaster as it should be.
-Endurance aura on heroes compensates for the otherwise sometimes slow movement of infantry.
-There is a clear effort and emphasis on making armor and damage types really really matter!
-Modular systems allow for a fun competitive symmetry!
-Game of Thrones! (Need I say more?)
-The map looks visually appealing.
-Control of the farms conveying food bonuses incentivizes aggressive control of otherwise neutral ground.

The only things that I do not like are non-systemic issues that I assume will eventually be addressed as development continues.
-The abilities on heroes are not mapped to QWER.
-Its hard to click on the tower models as their model is based off a doodad, which makes it difficult to choose targets with your siege weapons without using attack ground.
-The tower models are too similar to their 'base' versions, resulting in confusion as to what may be towered and what may not be.
-Gate circles allow instant repair of a gate and spammability of close/opening of them, additionally can be spammed to just kill any units passing by.
-Upgrading a building plot to a tower or barracks does not heal the building to 100%.

Overall I'm going to be watching the development of this with great interest and I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Alright finally found a minute to fix everything you were talking about didn't take too much time except I'm stuck on fixing the towers. I really like the model and the stock "Human Guard Tower" just doesn't fit in much when I've tried. No attachment points on doodads so I cant attach something overhead.

Also think I'm going to transition to a spawn based army raising style but keep siege as buildable. Adding a Blacksmith building much like the "Sept" but geared for upgrades and building siege units. Then next is fitting in some historic game mode to vote on or maybe host chooses? Think War 5 Kings is the easiest to add as an option at start.
