Gaining full control of a leaving players stuff.

Hey guys, I'm trying to recreate the full control of other player's resources and units that we find in one of the undead campaign maps and also online in the official games where we have more than 2 players vs 2 players.

So I basically want to know is how I create a trigger that allows me to not only get control of units and such, but also allows me to see the resources of the player (as a table on the upper right corner on the screen) who left as well as allowing me to build units and play as if I was controlling two players or more.

Also how would I create the same effect for empty slots or ai slots. Essentially allowing me to gain control of the empty player's units or the ai's units.
