Full screen inventory

How do you make something like a full screen inventory.?DOes it involve editing UIs?

It's a pretty Nightmarish ordeal to create such a thing. However, the guys over at the Diablo 3 Warcraft project have managed to create it, but it's long beyond the scope of simple.

As it has been mentioned you need to be an expert triggerer in order to make one,cause it requires advanced knowledge of the wc3 editor.

I would suggest to find some already made systems and edit them,than creating a new one.

Oh,and as an answer to your question,no you don't need to edit UI's.
