genin32 inspired me of making this staff. The name is in dragon language (from Skyrim) and means frozen skull staff.
I think that Diihuuvas(the first three letters of every word) is a perfect name for the staff
Feel free to edit at your taste
UPDATES:
1.Resized the whole staff part by part
2.Removed the annoying rune and added particles
3.Added an ingame screenshot
FUTURE UPDATESpls tell me what will do it better)
1.Adding eye glows
2.making a red(and maybe other colors) version
3.adding horns to the skull
4.suggest something

I don't like the blue rune, it looks unnatural and strange. My suggestions would be to resize the head of the skull and replace the rune with frost/ ice particles.
