Frost Kris V.2.o

After Making Bone Kris (Not uploaded yet) and inspiration from Land-Sengklek's Model Frost Edge I decided to make a Mix between them, and I got this, hope you enjoy it, I might be making a MH map, again (I said might because I usually feel to lazy to finish a project just half way through).

14:27, 13th Jun 2013 Deolrin: The model has no "Stand" animation and the attachment point is weird(it's on the edge of the sword, not on the handle). Plus, the wrap on the blade itself is bad; I suggest you use only the middle part of the Northrend...

Plus, the wrap on the blade itself is bad; I suggest you use only the middle part of the Northrend Doodad texture, and not the whole thing. I should look better that thing. Plus, I suggest you use Add Alpha, or Additive. You could, alternatively, add another icy-looking texture on top of it as a secondary material layer.

Deolrin: Changes were made, but... By testing it in-game, I noticed that it's a bit too transparent. You should try and use the same technique that Land-Sengklek to achieve a good, rather opaque ice effect(while using the textures you use now). Also, you need to fix the normals in Milkshape or whatever program you use, so that all of the faces will be facing outwards, as they should be. Ask me if you have any questions.

Moderator's Review:

looks nice and performs well ingame.. i just want it shrunken a little tho.. so it doesn't look like an ice bludgeon or so..

Xian, right now i working on Monster Hunter Player Model, nah i planning make a rathalos or Lao shan or Kushal or Blangonga or Bulgango or Hermitaur or Tigrex or Velocidrome or Melynx or Kelbis or Voltbug or Rajang or Yian-Kut ku or Shen Gaoren or Basarios or Gravios or Kirin or Gypceros or Remobra or Aptonoth ot Popo or ahh thats what i want :D

haha, nice to heard that but i only knew Yian-Kut Ku, Las Shan Lung and no one else ...(I ply MH in Chinese version)
I only knew some modeling techniques and do not have any texturing knowledge xp so can't make some pro model with pro texture
Are you "master-skilled" at texturing ? :ogre_hurrhurr:
