Frost Broodmother - Zshexir Frostweaver
Entry for the 7th HD Modeling Contest
Zshexir Frostweaver was once a proud matriarch of the ancient Azjol-Nerub empire, a cunning tactician and revered broodmother whose progeny wove the glacial webs that lined the frozen caverns of Northrend. When the Lich King’s scourge swept through their subterranean kingdom, she watched in horror as her kin were twisted into lifeless slaves, their once-proud empire reduced to ruin. Refusing to succumb to undeath, she wove powerful enchantments into her own silk, binding the frost of Northrend into an unbreakable bow—Icethorn, a weapon infused with the very essence of winter’s wrath. Now, as the last free broodmother of her kind, Zshexir wages a relentless war from the icy shadows, her pregnant form a testament to the hope that Nerubians may yet rise again. Each arrow she looses is a silent vow—to reclaim her empire, to destroy the corrupted husks of her fallen kin, and to pierce the frozen heart of the Lich King himself.
