Forum Rearangment

Well Ralle has asked me to rearange the forums for him like it is now. Please note that I have not deleted any forum, just moved a few and made some private. SO if you think the old layout was better we can easily change it back.

Yeah it's better, although I think perhaps introductions (or whatever it was called) should have been kept seperate from the Lobby.

They combined them? I concur, they should be kept seperate so that way people know that they should introduce themselves instead of thinking it is just an uncommonality.
