May I offer to scale it down for you? That way, he will still go crazy without carrying that much weight.

All I did was scale it into more like an AK, as well as repositioning the spinning barrels bone so it is centered.

You should consider attaching the gun to both the footman's hands via the bones so it doesn't look like he's losing his grip, especially during his attack animation; but hey other than that this is well done.
