There were some map triggers in some cinematics that I really loved...Especially that knockback effect. What are the triggers for that one?
You know the animation of death to a unit.
Then when there's a death animation to that unit the unit (that;s lying down) flies to some point like a catapult because of some explosion.

The idea of that is that you move the unit instantly to some direction. This is accomplished with a trigger that runs periodicly (like every 0.01 sec) and moves the unit by an offset.

You should experiment a little and come back if you run into trouble.

hmmm if you want the ea's lotr bfme knockback physics effect dats hard....wc3 units dnt fly backwards when dying...anyways...mini-me's correct but it will cost you lag times and may have multi instancability probs. Instant movement is easier...but we all prefer units sliding backwards than instant movement huh? anyways if u go for instant movment add special effects like pheonix to the limbs of units so when they move there is dat streaking-line-thingy effect.
