Where can I find fitting menus to replace the Warcraft ones?

I think he means the UI.

Make them yourself, and import them.

He means the UI. If there are any here on THW, it should be in the Icons or Skins Section. However, I doubt there are a lot of custom UI's, because a UI is made of dozens, maybe hundreds of images that all need to be made. It's a lot of work, so there's a good change people will not make one very quickly.

Probably not, since most maps use default UI.

Still you can replace UI, with icons(normal Wc3 icons) I once done that and it came out pretty well ^^
