Houses: Provide citizens which in turn provide taxes, workers and ultimatly recruits. However, they require food upkeep otherwise they'll abandon the city.

You can relocate the house to another city (evacuate). There is a cap on how much each house can povide.

Barracks: Transform citizens into recruits. They can be used as a milita (a ability) and to train units. (No idea how the orc milita should look like.)

Taxes: Depending on how many units the building is housing it inturn provides with taxes, each town has a limit on how many houses can be built per tier. So as to not make other cities too redundant.

Weapons: Produced at a blacksmith, and is a local resoruce it is needed to train units and to repair damaged units armor. Can be sent with a caravan to another Town or Base.

Food: Produced by farms and is used localy but can be produced globaly, meaning you can link your farm so it provides that town with food income. Food is needed to sustain your armies fighting strength and keeping your citizens away from starvation.

Global resources can be used anywhere, local resources can only be used in the town that stock them.

Every resource producing building on the countryside has to be linked to a town in order to produce goods. It is then penalized depending on the distance to the town. If the gates to the town is closed it no longer produces anything.
When the gates reopen it takes a certain amount of time befor the buildings start producing again.

Camps are redeployable cities for your army. You can't have more then 5 it doen't produce anything but you can resupply your army with food and weapons there. Trains: Catapult and other siege attraps.

The workers can build at certain locations. Inside the cities and on resource markers.
