Farstrider Sorceress

This was another model that was half finished, and half in development hell. Mostly because i wanted to find a texture with facemarks, but the MPQ wasn't colaborating. And removing parts of the mesh to create the mask on the face didn't end looking decent, so i've to create a domino mask and put it over the face. Results to confirm i guess...

The mesh is the same that my ArcherV.2 and Lynx Rider, and animations are from DoC, as no many models use these set. I suppose the Priest version will be using the DoT animations, for a complete role reversal.

Update

Removed floating data from Sanity Tester.
Corrected the feet going on the ground, it should be more natural now. For some reason The feet was still sinking when moving Bone_Root to the same heigh than the DoC so, i have to use mdlvis to manually put the feet on every frame involved at the ground line.

Amazingly made model edit with great use of in-game textures and very well made wrapping. Awesome job!

Maybe changing her hair color would be a good idea? Right now is hardly distinguishable from her hood

No idea how I missed this, but it looks great. A great little model with a creative choice of anims for a High Elven sorceress. : ) Love the waist-cloak and the SFX, and the effect on the face (while perhaps not quite what you were going for) looks good as well.

My only complaint would be the proportions; especially when viewed from the back, her arms & especially waist are really thin. I know she's an Elf but it almost looks cartoonish. The waist-cloak helps cover up the legs, but her intestines must be crushed. xD

I'm always walking over the abyss in terms of size and proportions, but this time my model is a bit thicker xD

Huh... Well it's hard to argue with numbers. Though I'm curious about the waist width at the thinnest point on the Sentry (not shown)... Perhaps it's just because the Night Elf has hair covering that spot?
