[Trigger] -extrabounty

hello.
I'm working on an unoffical ETS map and i want to get an extrabounty function.
Can some1 explain how i have to start ...

If there is a possibility to create a trigger which de- and activates other triggers then it would be easy, but didn't find something like that til now.
