Trigger to Cast ability?

Hello again ^^
maybe an easy one or maybe not possible, i cant find a way trou a trigger force a unit to cast a ability that he has. is this without Jass possible?

It's an action:

Unit - issue order
or if the ability has a target
unit - issue order targeting X (point, area, unit whatever..)

If it is a custom ability make the unit cast the ability your edit is based on.
