Experience gain in a certain area how would i do this?

Hi there guys I’m making a 3 corridor map and I’m almost done iv got new models, new spells, recipes, new icons is all extremely cool buuuuuut I have a problem the heroes can be a mile away from the creeps that r killed and they still gain exp and i have no clue how 2 limit the range of exp gain around killed units if u could help me out id greatly appreciate it thanx :D

I haven't tried this solution, so I may be completely mistaken.

Go to advanced/gameplay constants in world edit (after you opened your map), and activate "use custom gameplay constants".

Now go to "hero XP - global distribution", and set it to false.

* I think this way heroes won't gain xp when they're not close to the fight... But (I think, am not sure at all) it could mean that only the hero that is attacking gains the xp?

At the "hero - maximum XP gain range" value you can increase/decrease the range he can gain the xp, if the global distribution is false.

oh shot alot man ill try that out by the way if u have any agility base hero ideas ill put it in and give u credit. . . Shot ;-)
