Exp for Level

How i can change the requirement exp for level ( like level 1 need 500, level 2 need 1300, ... into level 1 need 100, level 2 need 200, ...)
And exactly exp u take when kill a enemy.

Advanced -> Gameplay Constants -> Hero - XP required

There are 4 fields - table, constant, previous level, and I thinking initial.

Play around with them until you're happy.
