Corrupted data file it seems. Try to look for a replacement file online. Worst case scenario, reinstalls warcraft.

Famous models that are corrupted is the Cairne(not the Tauren Chieftain, both are different) and Thrall(campaign model) models

Corrupted file in the MPQ! Either replace it with an original one or reinstall but moslty you will maybe have to buy a orginal Wc3 because most Wc3 that are not original has corrupted and sometimes missing file.

Mostly this occurs if the Wc3 you bought is not original. Some units such as Thrall, Furbolg, Tauren Chieftain CIN and such are corrupted.
