[Altered Melee] Elite Melee Multimap (AltMelee, Hero Siege, AoS)

Elite Melee:
Sands of Blood

Elite melee is a project currently under development for the first Altered Melee basic stage and soon to be released, it is meant to be played on classic WC3 but I will leave the map open for anyone who wants to set it to reforged. As each feature is done I will be posting screenshots.

Features

Custom and more modern Terrain Palette
a custom made desert tileset and doodads to make the game feel fresh and better.

Governments
at the beginning of your game you are able to select a government style, which grants permanent minor bonuses to your gameplay. By example Aristocracy grants you increased structure hit points, reduced build time for them and true sight, while also allowing you to hire assassin mercenaries, good for kiling heroes and spying upon enemies.

Unit Inventory
most units can use items, this becomes particularly handy for the next feature.

Elite Units
you are able to buy Elite Medals from Blacksmiths, Hunter Halls, Graveyards, War Mills or any other upgrade structure. You can activate it within the inventory of the unit to turn it into an Elite. Elite units gain bonus damage, life, attack speed, healing, mana and so on. These become less effective the more level the unit has, so by example a Peasant or a Flying Machine will get a full bonus and a Frost Wyrm won't.

Unit Items
there are certain generic items you can buy for your units that only work for units and not for heroes, these items can be bought on the previous mentioned structures.

Ally Races
each tier upgrade you are able to choose an ally race. When selected allows you to send wagons from your selected allied race that turns into an structure. So if you are playing human (purist race) and you choose High Elven allies, for certain amount of money you will be able to get an Elven Wagon that can turn into an Arcane Sanctum, Elven Barracks or Aviary. This allows for more variety in your armies, but the downside is that wagons are expensive.

Better Mercenaries
you are also able to buy mercenary structures to train them by your base.

Hero Artifacts
upon choosing a hero your hero is granted 3 choices of hero artifacts, each of which compliment their gameplay. By example the Dark Ranger starts with a Cloak of Shadows (reworked) to become invisible briefly, Venomfang to hit one target with a poisoned dagger and Elemental Bindings, to sacrifice a summoned unit to regain mana overtime.

Hero Scaling
most hero abilities scale with stats.

Item Mixups
not as strong as items in most AoS or Hero Sieges, items will be more refined towards complementing gameplay and creating strategies, rather than being stat heavy. Instead of having to buy a recipe, there are certain reagent items (like essence of fire) that can be activated to display a list o mixups. These items drop commonly. By example by mixing an essence of fire and a null orb you can obtain an Orb of Fire, or by using a Primal Vine and a null orb you can gain an Orb of Thorns.

Respawning Creep Camps
creep camps don't respawn on timer as most maps, instead after clearing a camp a Creep Totem will spawn and a timer will start, after it is completed you can pay a token (gold) to the Creep Totem to spawn the creep camp again.

Racial Abilities
units come with racial abilities, by example Night Elves by default have shadowmeld and their wild units have Wild Strikes while Scourge units have Cannibalize/Consume Spirit.

I am looking for

*AI designer: to create AI for the custom races and for it to interact with the custom features.

*3D Artist: for certain requests, like the race wagons and changes to the trees, so that they become properly affected by blight.

*Map Testers: for when the basics of the playablity are done.

*Criticism: persons that can try and give proper ideas and constructive criticism to the systems and features.
