Nice GUI spell, the spell is leakfree, MUI and the triggering is also well done. Since the CostumValue is just used for attaching datas to the dummies, I think this method is ok. The documentation and everything else like the tooltip etc. are ok too. So I see nothing wrong with the spell and just can highly recommend to use this spell if you searching a GUI spell like this.

You might have noticed that most of my spells contain huge effects - I will never change that ^^

really nice effects... but i do prefer keeping things nice & simple still, it is nicely done!

One suggestion, add a preload to remove the lag at first cast by preloading all effects used and if you are using a dummy ability then create a footman, add those dummy abilities and remove the footman.
Btw nice effects, though it's usability is at question, oh well 4/5.

Another good spell in the spell section =) Anyhow, for my personal thoughts. I do think that this spell will be hard to learn for players, well .. this won't be a problem when the map that contains this spell is played very often. Its kinda hard for me to understand it also at first. Lastly, you've used custom value for this spell so if some other spells uses custom value is used with this spell. Clashes together, keep doing spells! ^^

which is not right ^^
Only certain units will be influenced by the (change of) CV as others don't get a CV assigned and therefore nothing happens to them if you cast the spell.
