E-mail for activation not comming?

My friend was trying to activate this https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/members/moka-san/ account, but she says that that the e-mail still hasent come.

Is the mailing thing broken again or something?

Did she looked at the junkmail box?
Sometimes an activation form message will be located there.

Yes i went over to her house and we tried for a few hours to get the account activated but the e-mail never comes, Yes i checked spam and normal

The same happened to my friend Smiley the Dwarf. He PMed Ralle and Brad.dude about it but I suppose people cant receive PMs from un-active accounts.

I understand this could become a very critical problem so I will PM Ralle about it ASAP.

The mail server (kate) is currently unavailable. I'm logging into it now to find out what's wrong. Standby.

EDIT: Any issues with sending mail should be resolved now. Please let me know if you are still encountering any problems.

I seem to have the same problem, I wanted to change my e-mail from [email protected] to [email protected] (hotmail) and I need to redo the activation, never sent- But I know the e-mail works. So, i signed up with this other account and used [email protected] and the activation finally came late last night. there is a difference of days from my "joined date" to last night.
