Definitely needs a longer beard, after all, beards are teh dwarves' main pride and most common feature (except the small size and chubbiness which you have re-created quite well).
As for the skin, perhaps it could use some more team color, arround the arms would be good.

fixed legs and added beard as for team color, i cant get it, its not working out. Team color isnt as easy as it looks.

K, beard is better (a bit bigger would be just perfect), yet the face just seems squished, and the mustaches are barely visible. They seem to be darker spots on the beard...

i like it, all it needs is a discernible mustache and a longer beard maybe.
