Dry Winter


Strangely humid yet cozy place and plenty of taverns to get drunk. It is the perfect spot for a winter vacation.

*TFT reloaded
*Added frogs and bunnies, I mean Rabbits
*TFT Expansion doodads and environmental effects are now added
*Taverns are now included to each nearby bases
*Added Waygates on the North and South Area
*Ogres at the middle North and South now guards Marketplace and M. Camps, the ogres got additional Ogre Mauler crony to guard both neutral buildings

suites well and somehow large to expand and slow on creeping for neutral sites, you somehow forgot to add the tavern buildings for that extra boost for players and making the map an ROC than a TFT, the way gates are useful since the map is big and all.

terrain looks good and not too shabby, but it still lacks decorations and such it looks monotone, try adding unique and good quality style of doodads in the map to make it more winter like, your description said the place was once a village and somehow got laid by dragons? apply adding ruined buildings or anything that can relate to a ruin village to make up your goal.

after observing the map and testing it, you must fix your description and making it true in the game, since it was a place for dragons how come other monsters lived in that place? it would look better if some of the neutral camps have one or more dragons in each neutral sites [just suggesting] and add those taverns in-play, it must be a TFT map since ROC is waaaaay 2002 :/

Would be a bit better if u had made it on TFT Version, if it is then you should try to change teh ROC version symbol and replace by the TFT one. TESTING :)
 
Epic, I really like the new map look, when I compared it to old one, gosh it's really cool improvement.

Oh just 1 thing, check this tutorial http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/general-mapping-tutorials-278/how-create-melee-maps-187652/
"Terrain Mirroring" part, I found some unsymmetrical doodads and things in your map, this should help you a lot, if not here then in future projects.
Remember you can copy and paste doodads as well as anything else.

With symmetrical fixed, and replaced normal item drops with random ones this can be rated 5/5.
Also calculate shadows and save map, this will add shadows to things like terrain cliff as well.

On 1v1, enemy players might be placed too near.
Trolls near Mercenary Camps are useless guardians since hiring units from there is easy and without problems for the camps in the south as units are trained at the camp's southern border.
The Marketplace in the north has no rocks at its free border. Players can buy from there without having to fight the neutral hostile.
I think the middle rewards might be too many.
