The legs are definitely not to long, you people obviously are not artists and do not realize that legs are very long. Think of the side view the person is standing very high like straighter posture.

And the legs are okay, the hooves and the lower part there just needs to be thinned and shrunk, but its not too out of place, familiar...style though.
