Dreadlord/Rifleman Skin Help

hey iv recently downloaded a cyborg dreadlord rifleman skin and a sub zero skin. Magically somehow i got the sub-zero skin to work but i cant get the rifleman and cyborg skins too work can somebody please help me?

Are you sure you put it in the correct path? For the cyborg units\undead\herodreadlord\herodreadlord.blp?

And for the rifleman Units\Human\Rifleman\Rifleman.blp?
