Skin Problem

Do I need to convert the Blp path to an MDX path? Or I just make the path to Textures\The name of the model, and then it well be converted to a model?
 
No you do not change blp to mdl. mdl is model and blp is blizzard pic. What would happen if you made a 2D picture a model? Most skins have the path of the skin it's replacing on the page. Like hte pirate you linked to, it has the path right there. It is: Units\Other\Proudmoore\Proudmoore.blp Yeah.....
