Dreadlord (Pre-Beta Look-A-Like)

Drealord (Pre-Beta Look-A-Like)

Model by: Dan van Ohllus (aka Kuhneghetz)

Descriptions:
I've got inspired by the Dreadlords from the alpha and pre-beta versions of Warcraft III, so I've made a little remake from it to make this model look similar.
Based on the Dreadlord model with a new walk animation, because skirt looked a bit awkward when the old walk animation was played.
And all textures are ingame, so don't worry about special paths.

No custom icons are needed since the ingame Dreadlord icon fits very well.

YOU MUST GIVE ME CREDITS IF YOU USE THIS MODEL IN YOUR MAP!!!

Feel free to edit this model for your projects as long as you credit me for the model you based it from.

Enjoy! ;)

Also, I'd like thank Dionesiist for his hint on how to attach the skirt part to the leg part of the rig.

If you've seen a pic of Nosferatu you'd be offended.
Nosferatu does mean vampire. The film was basically a German adaption of Bram Stoker's Dracula but the directer didn't get the rights so he changed the names. Dracula became Count Orlok and vampire became Nosferatu, who has been referenced in Sponge bob Square pants.

Meh, you never know which silly little thing would offend someone.
I was at work thinking (for once) and if you took the wings and those black lines on his mouth off, mr dread here would look a lot like that Orlok fellow. Of course you'd have to make him goofy looking but I dunno how you'd do that.

"This is not a dress, it's the standard Dreadlord uniform."

Lol, couldn't help but repeat that Dreadlord quote.

Overall a very faithful recreation of the pre-beta Dreadlord.

4/5 with some + rep for a job well done.

Jake

That quote does make sense now, seeing that the dreadlords do not use dresses but in the beta they did.

sad that there's totally no movement animation in the torso/arms/wings...would have loved to use it! :(
but there's just a frozen thing moving around, could also use a spider eggsagg
(harsh words but the honest truth)

i hope u will fix this! haven't rated until now, waiting for it! ;)
