As dragons are cold blooded, I doubt the heat in a rain forest would be of any problem as it would keep their bodies at a near perfect temperature. Overheating may only occur during fights or other strenous situations. As for wet.... I doubt a dragon would care much about that as humans only do due to perspiration which is used to keep them cool getting stopped.

Also dragons would probably have better immune systems than humans so infection and poisions would be less of a problem. Snakes would be no problem as they would need long teeth to even penertrate a dragons scales. Shelter might be the only problem as there is not much inside a flat forest, so probably they would have to shelter somewhere else to rest unless they made their own which is possiable.

Predators would be a problem, and not small ones. It is only logical that there would be dragon preadators which ofcourse would be other dragons.

my dragon is snake-ish
Naga? :D or japanese-like dragon?

lots of food and fields for the hunting. Plus, lots of air space and mountains large enough for massive caves to be made
Sounds like mine. my temple is cleaner than your caves. lol

DSG, I agree with you, although people are burning down the forests for farmland. With the burned forest, they get fresh fertelizer. That's one of the problems there. As for shelter for the dragons, fuse with trees. It's a simple way of not being detected, and not getting hunted.

Humid enviroment would be fatal for my dragon's fur.
You have fur? that's amazing in itself. lol

... a fortress of metal-infused stone, with excellent design and crystals growing out of the wall. even the underground lake is like this. and if i got bored of the design, my powers over earth would allow me to change it. XD

Edit: the tile designs differ on the area they are at. For example, if I had marble flooring and it was struck with a hammer, shattering it, I'd be able to fix it and remerge the marble. =3 So I can have all sorts of tiles and decorations. :p but the crystals are my favorite. =3 acting as mirrors, and providing excellent structural support in pillars and creating a beautiful view and design in and around my crystal lake. ^ ^
