DotE - Hero Defense

Hello :ogre_haosis:

I created a dota-type map (a hero-defense) and I'm really glad of it. However, it still needs some things here and there, plus I'm in need of every Ultimate for every hero and I'm a newb creating spells, maybe a little help would help xD

If you want more reactions, it would be better if you listed the hero's their stats, abilities, race etc. so we can help you think of some, without having to sift through your entire map.

I had a short look around, and the terrain looked great, but haven't seen much more.

Good luck, working on this map.

looks like a good map. I took a looksy and seems like a good start.

Terrain- Looks good for a starter, however we need some more small bumps and lumps around the whole map. Dont use noise, that looks terrible, just put some small bumps here and there to give the ground more Texture. The forests look really bland too. There are simply trees. Nothing else? What about shrub and flowers, with a pinch of wheat would look great! (mostly shrub, not many flowers).

Heros- Heros are cool, but the abilities could be better. For example, your evasion ability is good, but only has 3 levels... Hmmm what if we add another 2 onto that, so we have 5 levels. Do this for all of your abilities except for your ultimates and you'll have a much larger "variety" of abilities while leveling up to choose from, as well as better gameplay and strategies.
I havent had time to look at the balancing of the game, but you should only worry about that once your done making your heros, units and triggers.

Gameplay- sorry, havent played the game. Maybe i could play with you and help you make the game, only if you need help though.

Triggers- You didn't have many of them, but from what i saw, they all seemed like they would work and were leak free.

Seemed like a good map overall, however still needs lots of work ahahah. Let me know if you want to play online with me sometime to try the map out :p Im gonna go to bed, seeing how its 1 in the morning and im tired. Good luck.

I think i would be able to help you with some ultimates, however im gonna tell you now that i cant do crazy stuff like some people lol

Easiest thing I find is create a .txt file for each hero and have their stats, stat growth, and skills. I'll try it out once I'm done doing what i have to do.
BTW you need a repick system
