Is the choice of low poly count an artistic one or are there technical reasons? As far as I was aware the standard DotA 2 complexity barely loads modern GPUs, even budget ones.
He has written that he created this fan level just for fun. He also mentions that his low poly level has on 10-15% higher fps that regular Dota's level.
